Persephone
Here the winding path reaches the river into the underworld.
Persephone tells you that if you follow in her footsteps you will gain what you need.
She always paid attention to what was around and beneath her. After each step downward, she would look further down, but would always cross the river before continuing to descend. Because of the treacherous terrain, Persephone could only descend one step at a time. She kept track of how many steps she took when she crossed.
