Welcome to the owl hunt! Nothing on this page is a clue or related to any of the puzzles.

In the past I have heard feedback that people enjoyed the puzzle experience more when they were able to collaborate and not have to solo them. For this anniversary event I have prepared something a little bit different for you.

In this hunt, puzzles may be connected to other puzzles, the total number of puzzles is vastly higher than what you have seen in previous owl events, and the overall difficulty in each puzzle may be higher as well (some may be easier some may be harder). With that said I invite all of you to work together to make it through the hunt. While I ask that you ONLY discuss puzzle related things in the designated channel (and offenders will be gently reminded that there is an appropriate channel to discuss this in) so that anyone or any groups who want to attempt this on their own do not need to fear spoilers, there will be absolutely no delay or restrictions in sharing information amongst the discord community. You may work on this in a team of 100+ players to help save the world if you wish.

With that said, no player is required to share anything they find. If you would like to work on this by yourself or with your group of friends in a private chat (as long as its not in ITRTG public channels) and try to beat the group to the end you may do so.

I ask that no one attempts to datamine the game or brute force ryus server for answers (I’m not sure how helpful this would actually be but please be respectful and don’t do this or discuss it).

Besides the above restrictions, almost anything goes in puzzles like these. You may use online crossword solvers, google things, use tools that solve standard puzzle forms like sudokus, ask for help from friends or family, write your own programs to assist you, or use ai or anything else of that nature. If you aren’t sure if something is ok feel free to ask.

Both in the public puzzle channel and in dms I will be more than happy to confirm individual puzzle answers or provide light guidance (or heavier if the community is stuck for too long).
