- Changed quality research a bit so it will be more worthwile after level 1000.
- Rebalanced the restaurant config a bit. Now the type changes popularity of dishes depending on type and what dishes they are.
- Added stars for your restaurants. More stars will increase the popularity of dishes. The requirements for a star are listed in the tooltip.
- Restaurants will now have an added multiplier depending on how many different ingredients are in the dishes.
- Reworked the customizations a bit, they will now give boosts or penalties depending on what dishes you sell.
- Added a 200 Medals purchase to add a secondary Theme to a recipe. Secondary Themes can be used in cooking duels and give boosts in the right area, but only half as much as the main theme.
- Added the option to modify a recipe without losing the secrets if you pay cooking medals. The cost is 1 + Secrets / 10, maxed at 25.
- Added a bonus for completed Challengers Challenges. After 10, the initial difficulty after retiring starts at 1, after 20, the initial difficulty starts at 2.
- The reward from autofight challengers works now offline, but only up to 12 hours.
- Added an option to double the sell price and half sell speed for dishes. This might become neccessary later on with the rebalancing of quality research and star ratings.
- Secrets give now half quality and half speed instead of only quality.
- Added a close all and open all button so you don't need to do it for each restaurant. When you use that, you can also set a timer for when they should open up again. This setting will ignore the salary cap.
- Added an export / import button for recipes so you can share your recipes with others. If you import a recipe with more ingredients than your max count, it only will import the first ones.
- Added an export code for when you have beaten area 30. You can use it in Idling to Rule the Gods for a reward (after it is implemented there).
- Added a better descriptions to what the stats do in the stats page.
- Fixed a few bugs.
- Added a button to stop all researches.
- Fixed a few bugs and exploits.
- Some improvements to the upgrade all for interior and staff. Now you can set a max level to even them all out.
- Fixed a bug which selected the worst quality dish instead of the best for the feed all.
- Fixed a bug which made it possible to create dishes without ingredients or the wrong theme.
- You can now upgrade the interior and staff of all restaurants at once.
- Added a fairy dust special to feed all your magical creatures at once.
- Magical creatures have now a 24 hour timer until their satiation decreases to 0. Feeding them gives now 12.5%.
- Some bugfixes.
- Changed the balancing of buildings. Previously the population buildings were quite useless at higher levels and income was much better. For most people this should lead to an higher overal income, but for some people, especially if you built a lot of income buildings it could lead to less income.
- Decreased the salary with more than 670k stats of waiters a bit and increased the boost of multiple waiters up to 3.
- Added a new challenge: Challengers Challenge. You will retire normally, then your goal is to defeat a challenger with the difficulty 1 + challenges finished. For each challenge finished, a defeated challenger will have a 10% chance to give a extra cooking medal. Maxed at 20 for a total of 2 extra cooking medals.
- It is now possible to have up to 20 recipes on the research page. Either in 4 x 5 tabs or on 2 x 10 tabs.
- Deleting a recipe will now give you half of the secrets (this is randomly added to other recipes with the same theme).
- You can now edit existing recipes. Editing the name or image is free without penalty. Editing the ingredients will reset all researches and secrets on this recipe.
- Exchanged the theme Vegan from area 20 with Vegetarian from area 24 because area 20 unlocked milk and had a recipe which contained milk. Please check your restaurants and exchange the dishes for the different themes in this areas.
- Added an input field for buildings so you can buy more than one at once.
- I changed the ingredients of some default recipes because they had an unrealistic high weight which gave them also penalties in battles or restaurants. This means that after this update they were removed from restaurants or researches you used them for. Secrets or research levels are not lost, but you need to re-add them. Sorry for that.
- Added the first challenge (unlocked after you defeat Sarah Devil). This challenge will retire you and reset all your pupil multipliers to 0. You will finish it after you defeat Sarah Devil and it will and it will unlock a way to afk win the challenger fights.
- Added a setting to auto hire staffs in your restaurants.
- Increased your Explore / Workspeed depending on the Area Boost of your last Pupil (will only work on your next pupil because it wasn't saved until now).
- It is now more visible when you can receive the Magic Bag from your fairies. The tooltip will also show you the average feedings you did so see if you can get the max reward.
- You can now see what a fairy wants before you feed her.
- You can now import the 'I win' code from Idling to Rule the Gods on the stats page. If you import this you will receive a free Magic Token, and a few Cooking Medals depending on your points.
- Decreased the ingredient quality of opponent's dishes in the areas by a lot. It is now 20 + Area number. This should make the early progress quite a bit faster.
- Added ratings to your recipes when you view them for restaurants or in the overview. The ratings are pretty much an estimation about how well they will sell in a restaurant. This also takes into consideration of the theme in each area but not the theme combination boosts. You can also sort the recipes depending on the rating.
- Renamed the Fairy Token into Magic Token because not all your creatures are fairies. Renamed the Fairy Bag into Magic Bag. It will still contain Fairy Dust, though.
- Added Area 30. This will be the last area of the first difficulty and you will receive a Magic Token when you beat it the first time. Later on, beating area 30 will unlock a special battle, hard mode and challenges. This will still be implemented before the game is released.
- Buffed the Mascot skill. A creature with this skill can now meditate at half speed if it is a mascont in an area.
- Added 5 more magical creatures. Each of them has a new skill. 2 of them are unique (this means other creatures can't get it as the second skill), 3 of them are common skills.
- You can now sort recipes depending on combination.
- Ingredients on your list are now sorted by name not by order you got them.
- Reduced the penalty of too much spices a bit. It is now dependend on the weight of the dish (if spices are more 7.1% of the weight, the dish gets a taste penalty).
- The first challenger battle is now slightly easier.
- Combinations will now affect the sell price of your dishes (each point in combination gives a boost of 0.5%).
- Rebalanced the happiness gain of your dishes (sell price doesn't affect it anymore).
- Added a statistic and highscore for Total Happiness.
- Prevented inputs of some special characters which could break the save for pupil name, fairies and recipe names.
- Fixed an initialization bug on combinations.
- Added combinations for ingredients. Now ingredients have combination boosts with other ingredients. That is not final and totally belanced yet so there might still be changes on it. If you think some combinations are too powerful or don't make sense, please give me your feedback on it.
- Balanced the researches a bit. Theme researches were much faster and cheaper than recipe researches. Now Theme researches are more expensive and take longer but recipe researches are cheaper and faster than before.
- Increased the boost you get from Theme researches above level 100. So a level 1000 theme research gives now about 3 times as much as before but takes twice as long to reach.
- Removed the button for Combi on research. Not sure if I will add a research for the combinations. They should already be strong enough.
- Fixed a bug which could give you negative offline time and so negative timers and a bug with the all button on researches.
- You can now save up to 13 different lists (one for each theme).
- Fixed a bug which broke the researches if you had it to 5 on the list and deleted one.
- Fixed a bug in the offline calc for salary cap.
- Fixed a bug which caused the game to crash for some people.
- Recipe research will now affect the timers in cooking battles.
- Added a setting to split the researches list into two to reduce lag when clicking on the Research button.
- If you explore a new area and the preparation hits 100, you will now automatically go back to work in your own restaurant before this area. This might change again if exploring has more uses, but currently there is no use for it after 100 preparation.
- You can now close a restaurant to train all cooks and waiters. The restaurant will open up automatically if at least one cook hits the salary cap.
- Salary cap works now offline.
- Waiters have now higher base stats.
- The base training speed (also for your staff in the restaurant) is now almost twice as fast so you should be able to progress faster.
- In battle the defend button works now on pointer down.
- After you finished a cooking battle you will now receive progress depending how long the battle took (uses offline calculation but counts as online time).
- When you retire you will now keep your title if it is a permanent one.
- You can now retire without defeating John or Jane to prevent being hardlocked if you go into dept because of too much salary of your staff.
- Fixed a bug that experience increased the salary too much and a few other bugs.
- Salary cap is now saved through retiring.
- Fixed a bug which multiplied the inflation boost with itself and added sell speed. That pretty much made the inflation boost x fold as strong as it should be. Sorry for people who bought a lot of inflation, but I had to fix this. This will decrease the income of people who had a lot of inflation massively.
- Reworked the Ui for upgrades a bit so it is less laggy when you click the button.
- Removed the upgrades for inflation and buy cost because that confused some people. Instead there is an upgrade which does both at the same time now, it is also cheaper than both of them together before this update. Everyone who has already bought inflation or buy cost reduction has been refunded their cooking medals used for that.

- Fixed a bug where cooks were not training if your training speed was too high.
- Fixed a bug which didn't update the challenger stats.
- Your staff will now stop training if they reach the salary cap (before this update the game checked that only once a minute).
- I drew a new skirt for the second choice because people thought the old one looked like an underwear. Looks worse than before but at least people can't complain anymore. I also made all the other skirts a bit longer.
- Opponent avatars in battle use now random sets of your avatar instead of the default images.
- Decreased the experience gain after a battle a bit but increased the base training speed a bit to make up for that.
- You can now view the staff even if you can't hire them.
- You can now set a salary cap for the staff you train. If you train a staff and it hits the salary you select, then it will automatically switch to working. If the staff hits the salary cap he / she also won't gain any experience anymore.
- If your own cook works in one of your restaurants, he has now a 1% chance every minute to gain a secret for one of the recipes in the restaurant. This can be upgraded for up to 10 different recipes (not yet, but soon). The total secrets one pupil can earn is set 100. This will also be upgradeable soon. I will rework the upgrade-ui a bit before that.
- Added a new statistic and highscore for total secrets gained.
- Added a limit that you can't create a recipe anymore if you already have 100. Mostly for performance and save data reasons.
- Fixed a few bugs.
- Added a few new highscores.
- Added a bit more flavor text for the areas which changes depending on population and income. The last one appears if the area has more than 1 millon income and more than 25 million population. Set this as your new goal!
- You can now increase the stats for your waiters with cooking medals by percentage.
- The tooltips for the challenger battles will now show the theme you need to use in the battle.
- If you feed a fairy, the theme of the dish she wants will now be selected at first. Fairys won't ask for curry anymore before you beat the office area.
- Changed the minimum sell price for dishes to the ingredient cost + 1. So you can't make a loss anymore with selling dishes.
- Fixed a bug which gave dishes with a lot of weight sell speed boosts instead of penalty. Everyone who had heavy dishes will now probably see some income decrease.
- Fixed a bug which didn't update the sell prices after setting a fairy as a mascot. Changed the tooltips to reflect what it does. Before it said it increases sell speed and sell prices, but increasing the sell price results in a slower sell speed. So the description is now that the sell price is increased without decreasing the sell speed.
- Fixed some display errors.
- Staff will now receive experience depending on their stats once a minute.
- Fixed a bug which scaled the sell speed / price wrongly. This fix should increase your income a bit.
- Fixed a bug which gave recipes in restaurants wrong stats after saving.
- Some rebalancing for sell prices of dishes because the old system could be exploited.
- Fixed a bug which made all waiter stats but speed useless and speed op. This means you will likely see a decrease in your income if you had a lot of speed waiters and an increase if you had others.
- Added a way to advertise all areas at once.
- When you select a dish in battle it will now pre-select the theme you need.
- The first chicken dish you create is now free to prevent you from being locked out if you spend all cooking medals before you beat the third area.
- Added a button to set the next at for all researches at once.
- Added some more tooltips and info like how judges judge the dish in a cooking battle.
- Bugfix getting no cooking medal after challenger fights.
- Fixed a display error for Theme researches.
- Reworked saving of the recipes on your restaurants. This reduces the save-size by about 1/3 if you have a lot of restaurants. This change should also fix the bug that the research-levels sometimes were not the same as on the recipes on the research page. If you see anything weird because of the change or some recipes on your restaurants are buggy, please notify me.
- It is now possible to give up a cooking battle. It will result in an auto loss, but you won't need to wait for the timer in this case.
- You will now keep the ingredients you have after retiring.
- Challenger battles will now reward the right amount of secrets.
- Fixed a few spelling errors and other small bugs.
- The research tab is now unlocked after winning the fight against Jane because it confused people.
- Now fairies are unlocked after the first retirement instead.
- Added a tutorial for the cooking battles.
- Fixed a bug where the theme researches duplicated.
- Fixed bugs with next at for researches and updating the ui for theme researches, autobattle.
- Fixed a bug which increased your cost a lot if you bought permanent upgrades.
- The distance between trainings is a bit smaller so they don't need the scrollbar anymore.
- Fixed a bug which could have given you the wrong item if you purchased at least 2 kred purchases.
- Prevented a bug which let you finish a battle before you even started it. This shouldn't be possible anymore.
- Added an automode for cooking battles. The auto battle fights just like the cpu which is not as effective as manual fighting, but it doesn't require any attention for battles if you use it.
- The 7. Cooking battle was hardly winable because you didn't have a fish as ingredient unless you were lucky in a challenger battle. Now salmon is a default ingredient so you are able to create a fish dish from the beginning.
- Winning the cooking battle from the 5th area onwards will now reward you with a new ingredient after the first win.
- Fixed a bug wich changed your research levels after a challenger battle and a few tooltips.
- Added the first evolution for fairies. Now you can evolve a fairy after 1.000 growth and select your favourite skill for her.
- Added a delete button to the overview-page for recipes on the Restaurants page. Now you can delete your recipes from here. The delete button on the Research page empties the research slot instead.
- On the restaurant menu page you will see now the overview page if you click on info. If you want to remove the recipe from the menu, there is an x-button now instead. Saves you some clicks.
- The first challenger fights are now easer so you can win them without the fire fairy. Also changed the calculation for the money required a bit.
- Some fixes for the offline calc and retirement multi.
- Now you won't start out with all possible Ingredients anymore, but only a few of them. You can unlock more of them from winning challenger duells.
- Added secrets to recipes. They will improve the performance of your recipes similar to research but you won't lose them after retiring.
- Added a challenger-tab to the trainings. Here you can fight opponents with similar stats than you have. They will give the recipe you use secrets and you can also win (or lose) cooking medals and a lot of money. They will appear after 1 hour and after you battle one of them, it will take another hour until new challengers will appear.
- Fixed some bugs.
- Opponent cooks have now more experience so their experience is closer to yours.
- Added a button the the restaurants page to show all your recipes.
- Fixed some bugs.
- Added upgrades for your trainings to improve training speed.
- Added the offline calculation. I tried to add all of it, but some parts of it are quite complicated, so there might be still bugs in it. If you notice anything weird, please notify me.
- Reduced exp gain a bit.
- Rebalanced sell speed and sell price a lot. Now you will have less profit in the mid game, it will scale much slower with the stats of your staff now. I also removed the cap for sell price and the cap for sell speed is now 50 ms. This means it is much more open ended, and in the late game you can reach much higher values.
- Later areas have now a speed boost of 1.5% for each higher area. This means that in the last area (29), you will sell your dishes about 42% faster if it has a similar population and income than in the first area.
- Reworked the way researching recipes works so it won't be almost not usable if you have a lot of recipes. Now there will be only 10 different recipes shown on the research page and you can select which ones. You can also save and load a list with a name.
- Recipes can be sorted with different options now.
- You can now select which recipe-themes will be shown on lists.
- You can now set a fairy as a mascot to a restaurant for sales boosts.
- Tried some things to reduce the chance of the out memory bug.
- Rebalanced advertisment a bit. Now the cost depends on the area population and is much more expensive for the more effective ads. Changed the duration to 3 hours for all advertisments and this can be increased with cooking medals.
- Mostly Bugfixes and a few balance changes.
- Changed how actions in Cooking Battles work. The time for actions is now halved and defending is independent of the other actions. To defend against a skill you need to press the button between 0.2 and 0 seconds before the opponent action is finished. Instead of a success chance it will now always succeed.
- Added five cute fairies. They have different skills which will boost parts of the game. Setting them as a mascot and evolution doesn't work yet, but other stuff should work.
- Fairies will give you a fairy bag every day. It will give you at least some fairy dust and if you are a good owner and feed them what they want, they might even give you cooking medals or a lucky draw.
- Some balance changes. You will now receive retirement-boosts depending on the areas you have conquered.
- Opponent cooks are stronger now.
- Changed the pricing of fairy dust a bit so it matches more with Kred Buys.
- Added some Special Offers.
- Added a few Info-Views to explain the minimum Info you might want to know before unlocking it.
- Quite a few Bugfixes and things I forgot I did.
- Changed a setting to make scrollviews less laggy. I has the disadvantage to make the text slightly more blurry, though.
- You can now build buildings on all areas to increase population and income.
- Added weekly quests and some consumable items.
- Added fairy dust. They replace kred purchases for Cooking Medals and you can buy consumables with fairy dust.
- Some balance changes and bugfixes.
- The Info button on the research page shows now infos about the recipe.
- Added an indicator at how many restaurants use a research from the research page.
- You can now customize restaurants a bit.
- Some further balancing on cooking battles.
- Added a magic button and some fairies. They don't do anything yet.
- Added the possibility to purchase cooking medals with kreds.
- Added the possibility to get ingame money from cooking medals.
- Added online save/load. This works only if you are logged in kongregate. So for the alpha version you need to load it as a guest and then log in while the game is already running.

- Mostly some balance changes for sell price / speed.
- You can switch now between total balance and balance/min in the restaurant overview.
- Some Bugfixes.
- Reworked the recipe creation system. You can only create them after your first retirement on the research screen.
- You can now hire staff like additional cooks and waiters. Cooks are mostly needed to assure the quality of the food and waiters can influence the sell time and price.
- Prices are now set automatically. You can't increase them, but you can influence them with various things, like the staff.
- Cost of the staff is now shown per minute instead of 5 minutes and it increases with stats.
- You can now set the theme of your recipe manually. Only themes which fits the ingredients are available.
- If you sell dishes with the right theme on a restaurant, you will receive a sell speed boost depending on your theme research.
- Added buttons to go to the first and last restaurant.
- Some reworking and internal changes, lots of work nobody will probably notice.
- More images for dishes.
- Completely reworked creating of recipes. You can only do it on the research-page now.
- You need to set a theme now after a recipe creation. The theme will influence how it is sold depending on the area and you need to choose a dish with the right theme to be able to win cooking battles. You can only select themes who fit the ingredients. Meat has to contain meat, fish has to contain fish and so on.
- You can new research all themes. Increasing your level on a theme will increase the quality and sales price of all dishes with this theme.
- Setting prices of dishes is automatic now. They are dependent on the cost and quality of ingredients, research level, and later on restaurant settings and upgrade modifier.
- Opponents in battles can now also manipulate you or defend against your attempts.
- Mostly some fixes, re-balancing and qol improvements.
- Made it easier to gain fame and win battles.
- Winning or losing battles gives now experience.
- Retiring is now possible
- The avatar is now customizable after each retirement. At first, each part has two different images. Each retirement will unlock one more image up to a total of 10 for each part.
- Added next at for trainings.
- The first retirement will now unlock a "Research"
- Tab. Here you can create, delete, and research your recipes for a higher popularity and profit. The research level will reset after each retirement, but you will receive a speed-boost for research speed depending on how much you have researched.
- Added new areas and opponent cooks. Currently there are 29 areas and cooks possible, but only the initial 8 have descriptions currently.
- Some bugfixes.
